ELIZABETH ZELINKA, Principal, is the legal mind behind Zelinka, Prince and Parsons. Prior to founding ZPP, Elizabeth owned and operated a national recruiting firm specializing in strategic growth for Big Law clients. Elizabeth’s experience includes attracting and retaining outstanding lateral legal talent at all levels, as well as providing strategic recruiting advice regarding employment branding, talent management, talent retention and diversity issues. Elizabeth also brings her own personal Big Law experience to ZPP, having been an Associate Lawyer for nine years at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP in Washington D.C. Download VCF

KAY PRINCE, Principal, offers over 15 years experience in life, career and leadership coaching. Kay is consistently relied upon in the facilitation of positive career transitions with a focus on personal satisfaction and strategic career management. In addition, Kay has served as Vice President of Human Resources for two corporations, as Vice President of an executive search firm, and as a trainer and consultant for an international outplacement firm. Kay is also the co-author of I Have My Resume - Now What?, has been a guest advisor on television and radio, and has been a career columnist for multiple publications.

DAVID PARSONS, Principal, brings a strong business background to Zelinka, Prince and Parsons. David has built, owned and sold businesses in a wide range of industries, including management consulting, real estate development and magazine publishing. Having owned and operated numerous businesses, David is an expert in management, operations, quality control and processes. David is also skilled in new market and product development.
